For Any Returns/Exchanges:
We will gladly accept exchanges or returns that are made within 14 days of receiving your package.
(Current Holiday Season Returns/Exchanges policy: All orders placed between December 2, 2024 - December 25, 2024 is extended for return eligibility up to January 25, 2025.)
Follow these steps to make an online exchange/return:
1. In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same, unused condition that you received it in with all original packaging and price tags attached, along with proof of purchase. Footwear returns must be sent back in a shipping box, and must be returned with the original shoe box, otherwise will be denied. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We do not accept any order cancellations or refunds. The following categories of items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: Sale items, gift cards, or under garments.
Online orders are also available for return/exchange in store, as long as it abides to the policy.

Subject line should include Order Name/ Order #
3. Specify the style name(s) & size of the product(s) you wish to exchange/return.
4. Include your reasoning for the exchange. (Did not fit, wrong size, etc..)
5. Send in Request and wait at least 24hrs to receive steps to follow.
6. Once, you receive an approval for return, please send you order back to the below address with the carrier of your choice. Please include any original paperwork or reference the order ID inside the box. We DO NOT offer free return shipping, so please take that into consideration before placing your order.

7. Once your return is received, you will receive a refund notification within 48 hours.
To file a claim for an incorrect or defective product received,

For any product not received, a claim needs to be filed by emailing us within 30 days of the delivery date.
